As a fifth-generation Washingtonian, Hunter’s passion for real estate began at an early age. Raised in a family of highly respected real estate developers, he developed a deep understanding of construction, architecture, design, marketing, and the evolving trends that shape buyer demand. Some of his fondest childhood memories include touring model homes, walking active job sites, and watching his family business—Gosnell Inc.—bring homes to life. He is guided by the values instilled in him from a young age: professionalism, integrity, and dedication.

For more than a decade, Hunter has worked diligently with buyers and sellers throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Known for his patience, energy, and thoughtful approach, he consistently turns clients into lifelong relationships, resulting in a business that is primarily referral-based. Proactive and technologically savvy, Hunter expertly navigates the region’s fast-paced market—helping buyers succeed in competitive situations and positioning sellers to achieve exceptional results.

In 2019, Hunter joined the Jonathan Taylor Group at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. Through this partnership, he has continued to grow his business by leveraging the strength of the Sotheby’s brand and the firm’s collaborative broker network to deliver outstanding outcomes for his clients. He specializes in many of the area’s most competitive sub-markets across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

Hunter lives in Kenwood, Chevy Chase with his wife, Brittany, their three children—Barbie, JJ, and Elle—and their yellow English Labrador, Teddie. An avid golfer, he volunteers with The First Tee, helping young people learn the game of golf while building confidence and life skills. Outside of real estate, Hunter enjoys time at his family’s home on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, visiting his wife’s family in Avalon, New Jersey, cheering on D.C. sports teams, staying active, and exploring the region’s restaurant scene.
